Welcome to SetSeason. By creating an account or paying for a Team Pass, you agree to the following terms. Plain English; ask anything unclear at the support contact below.
1. What SetSeason is
SetSeason is a web application for USTA-style tennis captains to run their teams: rosters, schedules, RSVPs, lineups, messages. We are not affiliated with the USTA. Captains and players use the service at their own discretion.
2. Accounts
You need an email and password to sign up. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for what happens under your account. One person per account. If you sign up on behalf of a club or team, you confirm you have the right to do so.
3. What it costs
Your first team is free, on every captain account. Each additional team — including a new team for a new season — costs a one-time $5 USD Team Pass, billed via Stripe. There is no recurring subscription. Prices may change with notice; existing Team Passes you already paid for are honored at the original price.
4. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund on Team Passes, no questions asked. Email us at the address below within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your card. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
5. Your data + privacy
See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how we use it. Short version: your team data is yours; we use what we need to provide the service, and we don't sell personal information.
6. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Support tab inside the app. Deletion is permanent and removes your teams, rosters, schedules, messages, and any data tied to your captain account. Paid Team Passes are non-transferable.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use SetSeason to harass players, send spam, share someone else's contact info publicly, or do anything illegal. We can suspend an account if it's doing harm to other users.
8. No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees. We are not responsible for missed matches, wrong lineups, or other operational consequences of using (or not using) SetSeason. Our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We can update these terms; material changes get a notice in the app or by email. Continued use after the change date means you accept the new terms.
