SetSeason is a web app for tennis captains. It handles the annoying parts of running a team — rosters, availability, lineups, RSVPs, and messages — so you can spend the season playing tennis instead of chasing group texts.

Sign up, pick a league type (Adult 18 & Over, Tri-Level, Mixed, etc.), name your team, add a mascot and color, and you're done. The whole thing takes about two minutes. From there, invite players with a join link or by adding their email.

No. SetSeason runs in your browser on any phone or laptop. On iOS Safari or Chrome, you can Add to Home Screen and it behaves like a native app.

Two ways. You can share your team's join code (works like a Zoom invite) or add each player by name and email. If you add a player with an email, they get an invite email with the join link immediately.

Not right away. Each player gets a personal magic-link URL where they can RSVP and see the lineup — no signup required. If they want to see their whole season and manage their own preferences, they can create a free account in about 30 seconds.

Yes. Print your TennisLink roster page to PDF and drop it into the Bulk Import screen. SetSeason parses names, NTRP, phone, and email in one shot. Same works for the season schedule.

Each match, every player gets an email with a Yes / Maybe / No button. One tap, no login needed. You see the answers roll up on your dashboard — counts by match, and who's still silent.

SetSeason sends a friendly nudge to any player who hasn't RSVP'd yet, roughly 24–72 hours before the match. You can also fire a one-off reminder to a specific player from the match page.

Smart fill uses what SetSeason already knows about your team — who RSVP'd Yes, who plays singles vs doubles, side preferences, court-time fairness, and partnership preferences — to draft a lineup you can review and tweak before publishing. It's a head start, not a final answer.

Yes. You can have as many drafts per match as you want. Publish the one you like; the rest stay parked as backups. Delete a draft any time from inside the lineup builder.

The team gets a push notification (if they've opted in), an email, and an in-app message. Any earlier published lineup for that match is auto-superseded so nobody's staring at outdated info.

Your first team is free. Every additional team is a one-time $5 pass. There's no subscription and no per-player fees. Season renewal (rolling your team forward to the next season) doesn't burn another pass.

Yes. Head to Settings → Delete account. Everything — teams, roster, messages, availability — is removed. No form to fill out, no email chain.
